LEAP Food® almonds are made with organic, unpasteurized almonds. They are free of any chemicals, sprouted and dried at 110°F. This process makes nuts and seeds crunchy while bringing out their sweet, nutty flavor!

Recipe

Vanilla Almond Milk (4 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup almonds (sprouted and dehydrated)
  • 4 cup filtered/distilled water
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Preparation

  • Combine almonds and water in a blender.
  • Blend at high speed.
  • Filter the milk with using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
  • Save the almond fiber and put the milk back in the blender. Almond fiber can be used to make crackers and cookies.
  • Add to the milk the vanilla and agave nectar.
  • Blend and serve.
