About the Author
Craig Sommers is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Certified Nutritionist (CN).
Craig started out in life considering himself just as healthy as everyone else. True he suffered from minor symptoms live dandruff, athlete’s foot, beer belly, and chronic stuffy nose, but his doctor and registered dietitian said it was all just “normal”.
However, when Craig cut-out processed foods and animal products, and started eating mostly raw foods, most of the symptoms vanished! He also noticed incredible improvements in his energy and attitude. In just five years, he went from just getting by to owning a health food store and earning a license in nutrition.
During his years at running a health food store he discovered his true passion and life’s work, to become a naturopath to help people achieve true health and vitality through unprocessed (mostly raw) foods, yoga and positive thinking.
