Cultivated for thousands of years in China, hemp has been used as a food and fiber crop long before soya beans. Luckily, they are not a major world crop, so they have never been genetically modified – unlike soy beans. A variety of cannabis, hemp has virtually no THC – you cant get high on hemps seeds, you can only get healthy. Consisting of 33 percent highly digestible protein (including all 8 essential amino acids), hemp seeds are also packed with omega-6, omega-3, and vitamin E oils and are rich in Iron and chlorophyll as well. Hemp seeds are made up of 65 percent of the protein Edestin, which is very similar to the globulin that is present in human blood plasma.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup of hemp seeds
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tbsp agave nectar or 2 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
