Payment
You can pay for your order by most major credit cards. Raw Fusion will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your order information and payment is secure.
A binding agreement occurs when you accept the order on the web site. Once this happens we charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Services
Services purchased by the customer from Raw Fusion's online store or from Raw for Life LLC are non-refundable. Raw Fusion/Raw for Life does not warrant the service. Delivery and warranty of the service to the customer is the sole responsibility of service provider. Shipping Policy
We use FEDEX and USPS to ship orders. All shipping charges will be added to your order so that you can review it and submit your order.
Shipping charges are based on the choice of shipping option and your order's weight. In accordance with the policies of our shipping agents, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. The actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
Items delivered by FEDEX ground usually takes about 4-7 days for delivery. Orders are shipped Mondays – Fridays, during normal working hours. If using FEDEX, you can track your order by logging into your web account. Every effort is made to give accurate information, but we do not guarantee delivery on the exact date mentioned by the email.
USA Orders
If using FEDEX shipping, please provide a physical street address so your order can be tracked. FEDEX does not deliver to PO Boxes. Items that state "Free shipping to the continental US" only apply to the continental 48 USA states.
If your order is shipped outside the US , you will most likely have to pay international customs and brokerage fees. You are responsible for all these fees. Raw Fusion will accept no responsibility to pay these fees. Check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.
If you are outside the US or Canada , do not order any of Raw Fusion's electrical appliances or Blendtec's blender jars. We do not ship our electrical appliances or Blendtec's blender jars outside of the US or Canada . All orders for electrical appliances will be refunded minus a charge of $50 per item.
Raw Fusion supports recycling by the reuse of boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse.
Raw Fusion is not responsible for USPS packages with delivery confirmation numbers that declare the package as "Delivered", but the customer cannot find the package. By default USPS packages are NOT insured (unlike FedEx). As for orders using FedEx shipping methods, FedEx will do their best to search for the "missing" package by filing a trace. If FedEx deems the package missing, an insurance claim can be filed and a replacement order can be shipped out.
Unfortunately, USPS does not provide this service and as a result, Raw Fusion will not send out a replacement order if a customer claims their USPS package as "missing" when the delivery confirmation number says the package was delivered at the appropriate location.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an ordered item is not available, we will contact you to suggest goods of equivalent quality and price. Returns
All orders and purchases of food items are final. If, however, there is a product defect issue with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us by email with a description of the defect (main@rawfusionstore.com ) for qualification of the issue. If a Raw Fusion representative agrees the reason for the desired return is a product defect, you have 10 working days to return the product for inspection. Upon inspection, we will confirm the defect and if we find it defective we will send you a replacement at no charge.
This guarantee of quality is in addition to any manufacturer warranty and does not impact any laws governing this sale.
Blendtec Dealer Authorization and Trademarks
Raw Fusion is an authorized dealer of Blendtec®. The trademarks Connoisseur™, Mix n' Blend II™, Blendtec® home, and Kitchen Mill™, are legally owned by Blendtec®, and are being used by permission.
New Blendtec® home products should not be sold at online auctions, such as Ebay, as Blendtec does not warrant blenders purchased at these auctions (please see each product's specific warranty limitations for details on Blendtec's web site).
